INTESOL Prague offers you a wide range of services in addition to the actual TESOL / TEFL course. We can provide you with pre-arranged accommodation during your TESOL / TEFL course if you wish. We also advise you on a wide range of topics, including: what to bring on your journey; what airlines to fly with; what type of accommodation best suits you; how much money you need to bring; visa requirements for traveling into the Czech Republic (if any - depending on your nationality); what type of health insurance you need (if any); and all of the ins and outs of day-to-day life in the Czech Republic.

From the moment you arrive in the fabulous city of Prague, we put all of our efforts into making your stay enjoyable. We meet you at the airport and take you to your apartment, family residence or hotel. We provide you with specific information on public transport, cash machines, shopping, sightseeing, etc., and we take you on a walking tour to introduce you to all of the important spots in the area surrounding the Prague center. INTESOL premises in Prague

INTESOL Prague has a privileged location in the heart of the city, 3 minutes from Wenceslaus Square.

The premises include an enviably quiet and romantic back yard with a garden and a terrace where you will be able to stretch your legs and enjoy your classmates’ company during class breaks and after class. The building, which dates back to 1920, has the aura surrounding Prague’s famous architecture.

Inside, it is fashionably furnished and you will have nice and spacious classrooms, free access to internet, a well-equipped professional library at your disposal and the opportunity to meet already qualified teachers, both Czech and native speakers of English, as the location also serves as the teachers´ headquarters for Threshold Training Associates (our affiliate language school). This will provide you with the unique opportunity to get first hand information on living and teaching in the Czech Republic, and overseas.

Even though you will find our facilities very well-equipped we advise students to bring their laptop computers with them if they can; this will allow you to have a well-deserved break after a long day's work and be able to resume work later in the day or on weekends without having to travel back to the premises.

The student coordinator

The student coordinator is your contact person at INTESOL Prague. They are in charge of, amongst other things, arranging for students to be met at the airport, welcoming and orientating students, arranging standard and non-standard accommodation…and general consultation with students before, during and after the TESOL / TEFL course. During the TESOL training period, the student coordinator also conducts a continual follow-up with each student to ensure that everyone is comfortable and satisfied - both inside and outside the classroom.

You will be given an emergency telephone number to reach the student coordinator - 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
